  • How can I deposit funds to my trading account?

    • For your convenience, we provide you with several deposit methods such as bank transfers, credit/debit card payments and e-wallets. Please be advised that third party deposits are prohibited.
  • Where can I find your bank details?

    • Please go to the Deposit section on Client Login and submit a deposit request to see all relevant details.
  • How long does it take for funds to reach my trading account?

    • It depends on the deposit method you use. If you deposit via bank transfer, it is completely up to your bank. Once we receive the funds, we will credit them into your trading account. Usually, credit/debit card and electronic money deposits are processed immediately.
  • Are there any fees for deposits or withdrawals?

    • TeleTrade does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals, nor for trading account maintenance. However, service provider fees may apply. Please visit Client Login for more information. In case of bank transfers, we advise you to consult your bank directly.
  • Why was my credit/debit card payment declined?

    • A payment can be declined for several reasons. At first, you have to check if you entered all the card details correctly. Sometimes, the amount you try to deposit exceeds your card limit or your card is not valid for online purchases. To find out more, please consult your card issuing bank.
  • How can I withdraw funds from my trading account?

    • You can submit a withdrawal request through Client Login. Please note that according to current AML policies, any withdrawal of funds can only be transferred to the same source that the funds were originally received from. This means that if a deposit was made by using a credit card or e-wallet, the withdrawal shall be made only to the same credit card, e-wallet etc. or to a bank account which is in your name.
  • How long does it take to withdraw funds from my trading account?

    • For withdrawals from your trading account to a bank account, it normally takes about two-three business days after the withdrawal request is processed for the funds to reach your account. For withdrawals to a credit/debit card, it mostly takes from 1 up to 7 days for the funds to arrive. In some rare cases, depending on your card issuer, it may take a little longer. In case of transferring the funds to a Skrill account, it usually takes 1 day for the funds to reach your account.
  • What are the withdrawal fees?

    • For withdrawals to a bank account, a fee of 30-35 USD will be charged, depending on your banking institution. Intermediary bank fees (if applicable), will be deducted from the amount you transfer. For withdrawals to credit/debit cards, a small fee of 7 USD or EUR per transaction applies, depending on your trading account currency. Withdrawals to Skrill accounts subject to 1% fee.
