  • In what currencies can I open a trading account?

    • Currently, you can open a MT4 trading account in USD and a MT5 account in both USD and EUR. Funds received in other currencies will be converted to the currency of your trading account.
  • How can I open a trading account?

    • Account opening is easy. All you need to do is sign up to the Client Login secure page, which is a portal to all TeleTrade services and follow the instructions within the Open an Account section. You will be asked to provide your personal details, upload an ID/passport scan and a proof of residency. When all the required data is submitted, our compliance department will check your application, normally within a few hours. Once approved, you will be able to deposit funds and begin your trading experience.
  • Do I have to deposit funds, once my account is registered?

    • You can deposit funds at any time you like. There is no charge in case you have a zero balance.
  • What happens if my trading account has been inactive for an extended period of time?

    • Please note that in case that there is not activity in your trading account for 90 days, the account will be archived. However, if you decide to start trading, you can submit a request to reactivate your account through the Client Login page.
  • How can I change my trading account password?

    • To change your trading account password, just log into your trading platform. Go to ‘Tools’ and then ‘Options’. Click on the ‘Change’ button under the server tab and enter your current and a new password.
